Controls Design Engineer I, II, III - Oahu, Flexible
Designs Direct Digital Control Systems (DDC), Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Energy Management and Controls Systems (EMCS). Develops submittal packages including point-to-point wiring diagrams, panel design and layout, network diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of materials, testing plans, and operation and maintenance manuals.
Controls Installer - Oahu
Installs system components and low voltage wiring under the supervision of a Licensed Electrician. Portions of Guestroom Automation Systems, Building Management Systems and other energy technologies would fall within the scope of this position.
Journeyman Electrician - Oahu
Installs power, communications and control wiring and raceways for Building Automation and Energy Management systems. Mounts and configures control devices such as VFD's, energy meters, sensors, motors and the like. Potentially lead and oversee installation crews.
Must hold a valid Hawaii Journeyman Electrician License.
Maintenance Electrician - Oahu
Installs system components and wiring within the scope of the license. Lighting retrofits, metering systems and other unique technologies fall within the scope of this position.
Must hold a valid Hawaii Maintenance Electrician License.
Project Manager I, II, III - Oahu
Responsible for managing multiple projects across Hawaii to ensure that financial, scheduling, safety and quality objectives are met. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and work well with others. A high level of customer service skill is a must. Must be willing to travel to neighbor islands on occasion.
Systems Specialist I, II, III - Oahu, Maui, Big Island
Technical positions in our Construction and Service divisions responsible for BMS/EMS system configuration, start-up, testing, maintenance and repair. Troubleshooting and modification of programming sequences and graphical user interfaces. Basic working knowledge of mechanical systems operation and networking is required for Level II and III positions. Level I must have one of those skills.
